Below you’ll find our real-time calendar of open 2025–2026 dates reserved exclusively for couples affected by a venue closure. We only have limited dates available (with more dates during the week)!

Is the discount only for Crystal Ballroom couples?

Priority goes to anyone holding a cancelled contract dated June 1–July 31 2025; upload proof during booking. Initial priority runs through July 31; extensions will be announced here.

Why we do this: Other venues around the country have stepped up after sudden closures—matching prices, waiving fees, or even hosting ceremonies for free. We believe Tampa Bay couples deserve the same compassion. We understand that your wedding date may not be listed among our available discounted dates. But fret not! We encourage you to reach out for dates in 2025 and later.

Our award-winning chandelier-draped ballroom, catering, décor, DJ, baker, florist, bartender, and day-of coordination are bundled into one contract, so you won’t have to chase separate vendors at the last minute.

1. Map out a turnaround timeline.

2. Contact your current vendor roster to sync logistics.

3. Provide written progress updates every 48 hours until your new vision is locked.
